How to read this list
Seventeen papers support this site: seven on retatrutide, five on BPC-157 and five on thymosin alpha-1. They are journal-published rather than preprints, and each carries a DOI or a permanent link. Six of them are paywalled at source, which means the freely readable version is an abstract — and an abstract omits the randomisation method, the dropout accounting and the pre-specified analysis plan, which are the parts an appraisal actually needs. Where a claim on this site rests on a design detail rather than a headline number, that detail was taken from the paper's own title or methods, and the reference number is given at the point of use so it can be checked.
