## What the desk handles

Savvy Peptides is run as an editorial desk rather than as a business with a support queue. Three kinds of message are useful and are read.

The first is a correction. If a figure on this site does not match the paper it is attributed to, or a study has been characterised in a way its methods section does not support, the desk wants to know — with the reference number as it appears on the [references](/references) page and the specific sentence at issue.

The second is a citation query. If the design of a study described here is unclear, or if the distinction being drawn between two papers does not follow, the desk would rather explain the reasoning than leave it implicit.

The third is a missed study. New trials appear, and the sepsis literature described on the [thymosin-alpha-1](/thymosin-alpha-1) page is a reminder of how much a single well-built trial can change a picture. A pointer to a peer-reviewed paper that would alter an appraisal on this site is the most valuable message the desk receives.

## What the desk cannot do

The desk cannot answer questions about personal health, cannot advise on whether any compound is appropriate for anyone, and cannot supply doses, preparation instructions, administration protocols or sourcing information. Those are not omissions to be worked around by asking privately; they are the editorial boundary of the site, and the answer is the same in a message as it is on a page.

Questions of that kind belong with a licensed clinician who can examine the person asking, review their history and take responsibility for the answer. A literature digest cannot do any of those things, and a digest that pretended otherwise would be worth less than one that says so plainly.
